Civico Orto Botanico

The botanical garden is located in Trieste and is known as the Civic Botanical Garden. The botanical garden is entrusted to Bartolomeo Biasoletto, a botanical pharmacist, for various experiments. The Botanical Garden is expanded with different types of plants. In 1929 the Garden was entrusted to the naturalist Carlo Stenta. The Garden is currently owned by the municipality of Trieste.
